These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Next Goal USA website and any services provided by our organization. By accessing our website or submitting a free evaluation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue the use of our platforms and services.

1. About Next Goal USA

Next Goal USA is an advisory service that helps international student-athletes explore athletic and academic opportunities at U.S. colleges and universities. We are not a university, recruitment agency, or governing body, and we do not represent any institution officially.

Our role is to provide guidance, assistance, and communication support throughout the recruiting and scholarship process.

2. No Guarantees of Scholarships or Placement

Next Goal USA does not guarantee:

  • A scholarship offer

  • Admission to a university

  • A specific scholarship amount

  • Eligibility approval by NCAA, NAIA, or NJCAA

  • Visa approval

  • Playing time, starting positions, or athletic results

Scholarship decisions are made solely by universities and their coaching staff, based on each institution’s criteria, academic standards, budget availability, and athletic needs.

Next Goal USA provides guidance, but final results depend on third parties and the athlete’s own performance, academics, communication, and compliance.

3. Eligibility & Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to Next Goal USA is:

  • Accurate

  • Honest

  • Up to date

  • Complete

This includes academic records, athletic history, highlight videos, personal identity, and any documentation required by governing bodies.

Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification from scholarship opportunities, and Next Goal USA is not responsible for any consequences resulting from inaccurate information.

4. NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA Compliance

The student-athlete is responsible for complying with:

  • NCAA Eligibility Center rules

  • NAIA Eligibility Center rules

  • NJCAA eligibility requirements

  • Amateurism regulations

  • Transfer rules or residency rules

These organizations may change their rules at any time, and Next Goal USA cannot be held responsible for eligibility decisions made by external governing bodies.

5. Visa & Immigration Responsibility

Next Goal USA provides general guidance on the F-1 student visa process, including:

  • Documentation information.

  • DS-160 overview.

  • I-20 explanation.

  • Interview preparation.

However:

  • We are not immigration lawyers.

  • We cannot guarantee visa approval.

  • We cannot intervene with U.S. embassies or consulates.

Visa decisions are made solely by U.S. government authorities.

6. Communication With Coaches and Universities

Next Goal USA may assist with:

  • Presenting your athletic profile.

  • Contacting coaches.

  • Sharing highlight videos and academic information.

  • Organizing virtual meetings or calls.

However:

  • Universities are not obligated to respond.

  • Coaches may choose to discontinue communication at any time.

  • Offers may be changed or withdrawn by universities.

Next Goal USA cannot force any university to make a decision or extend an offer.

7. Athlete Responsibilities

By working with Next Goal USA, you agree to:

  • Communicate respectfully and promptly with coaches.

  • Maintain academic eligibility.

  • Provide accurate personal and athletic data.

  • Prepare necessary documentation on time.

  • Submit English tests, transcripts, or evaluations required by institutions.

  • Follow timelines to avoid losing opportunities.

  • Keep Next Goal USA informed of any changes or offers received.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay or prevent scholarship opportunities.

8. Use of Our Website and Content

All content, images, graphics, videos, copywriting, and website materials are property of Next Goal USA and are protected under copyright laws.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce our content.

  • Use our text or images for commercial purposes.

  • Republish our material without written permission.

  • Claim our content as your own.

Violating these terms may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Goal USA is not liable for:

  • Loss of scholarship opportunities.

  • Denied admissions.

  • Visa rejections.

  • NCAA/NAIA/NJCAA eligibility decisions.

  • Financial losses.

  • Delays caused by institutions or third parties.

  • Errors in documents not provided directly by Next Goal USA.

  • Changes in university policies or scholarship budgets.

Our service is advisory; outcomes depend on factors outside our control.

10. Payments

If you purchase a paid service from Next Goal USA:

  • All fees will be disclosed clearly.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment plans (if offered) must be respected.

  • Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of services.

11. Termination of Services

Next Goal USA may suspend or terminate services if:

  • You provide false information.

  • You act disrespectfully toward staff or university personnel.

  • You engage in unethical or dishonest behavior.

  • You fail to meet academic or communication requirements.

  • You violate these Terms & Conditions.

You may also choose to terminate services at any time by notifying us.
